Clean, classy and nice rooms. Friendly staff, free park, wifi and free breakfast. Everything was cool in this hotel. We will choose Ramada Plaza for our next trip to Izmir too.

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a separate lounge area and bedroom, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a sauna in my bathroom. The hotel's location in Basmane was very convenient, with easy access to the Basmane Metro station and the railway station. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options and was included in the room rate. The king size bed was also a nice touch, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

All in all, everything was absolutely fine.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is very practical as it is close to the train station, nearby tourist attractions and fantastic fish restaurants. The hotel facilities are very clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the extensive breakfast buffet was one of the best aspects of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome and at home.

This hotel was a great option for those looking to stay in a bustling area. the hotel had excellent soundproofing so I was never disturbed by outside noises. the complementary toiletries and air conditioning were nice touches. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the local area, as it was within walking distance of many attractions. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

The complimentary ironing service was not very reliable. We waited quite some time for our iron to arrive, and had to leave before it came.

However, the lack of holiday decorations and festive cheer left my stay feeling generic and uninspired. the service was lacking, with staff seeming indifferent and uninterested in going above and beyond for guests. the stay was good, but nothing exceptional.
